Construction of pipelines for this important project has commenced in order to have natural gas available to customers in October 1983. At this stage of the project development we wish to appoint a Gas Inspector to administer and control inspection procedures for gas related pipework, fittings and appliances on customers’ premises. The position will involve close liaison on a wide range of gas applications, assisting customers with an understanding of technical matters, the Gas Industry Codes and Regulations, and the Permit approval procedures for gasfitting work. For this permanent position we are seeking applications from suitably qualified people with experience in all aspects of customer gas utilisation for industrial, commercial and domestic purposes.
