Russians arrested
The Italian police have arrested a Soviet citizen on spying charges, the second in 10 days. Victor Koniaev. aged 38, deputy commercial director of a joint ItalianSoviet firm, Nafta-Italia, was picked up at his home in Rome. He was charged with military spying in complicity with a Soviet airline official. Victor Pronin, and an Italian, Azeglio Negrino, who were arrested on February 14. — Rome.
