Flat fire-damaged
Fire extensively damaged a flat at 39 London Street, Richmond, yesterday afternoon. Two engines attended the blaze, which broke out at 2.30 p.m. A Fire Service spokesman said the cause of the fire was still being investigated, although it was not thought to be suspicious.
