Sir. — So Air New Zealand sets itself above a court of law in refusing to re-employ

workers cleared by the Court. This gives employers very wide powers to discipline workers on suspicion only. Are those in responsible positions above reproach and would they be treated likewise? This is certainly no way to restoring confidence to staff and the public. — Yours, etc..
