PA Nelson People should be allowed to live in communes and mobile homes as long as family or community, health is not put at risk, says the Minister of Health, Mr Malcolm. “It is important that the
intent of health law should not be to stop people doing things, but rather lay down ground rules under which they can operate without the health of the community being impaired,” Mr Malcolm said, in an address to a health inspectors' conference.
