Death of noted administrator
PA Wellington Aa prominent Hawke's Bay lawyer and local body politician. Sir Hallam Walter Dowling, died in Napier at the week-end. He was 73. Sir Hallam was a former chairman of the Hawke's Bay Hospital Board, a vicepresident of the Hospital Board's Association, and a member of the New Zealand Nursing Council.
