Aurora issue
. Aurora Group Ltd will make a one-for-15 cash issue to assist in financing the continuing growth and development of the group, the chairman, Mr J. E. Gillingham. said yesterday. The Wellington property group is involved in extensive developments on The Terrace, including a major parking building with offices above and a separate 14storey office block. The issue price for the ordinary shares is $l.BO. Entitlement is one share for every fifteen ordinary shares held and 1.32 shares for every 15 14 per cent 1984 convertible notes. Aurora shares traded at $3.30 yestesrday. with a high
of $3.50 and a low of $2.60 last year. Mr Gillingham said the favourable price at which shares were being offered maintained an established company policy with regard to the pricing of issues to existing shareholders. The issue will open on March 14 and close on April 8. Payment is either in full on application or 90 cents on application and the remainder on October 31, 1983.
Fully paid shares will qualify for the July dividend while partly paid shares will receive the January 1984 dividend. Issue documents and letters of entitlement will be mailed on March 14.
