PA Wellington David Cook (Paremata). sailing Jocaster should win the national moths yachting championships on Wellington harbour today. Cook won both races yesterday ahead of Dunedin's Mark Bremner and would miss out on the title only if he did not finish in the final. Bremner would have to get fourth place or better to beat Cook, providing Cook failed to finish.
