Sir,—“Time,” the American magazine, has certainly slipped a disc in naming the computer as “Man of the Year.” especi-
ally when considering that electronic machines are always programmed by intelligence, of one sort or another, not necessarily humanely. There will be no peace on earth or goodwill to Mankind in 1983. Human nature will ensure that — Yours, etc.,
