Police to patrol test
NZPA Sydney About 37,000 seals have already been sold for the fifth cricket test between Australia and England, which starts at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday. A police spokesman said that 50 policemen would be at the 55,000 capacity ground — the most police to attend
a cricket game in N.S.W. The police will patrol a rope boundary two metres in from the usual boundary, he said. The rope boundary was decided on after discussions with the cricket association and within the Police Department after disturbances to play during the tests in Perth and Adelaide.
