Tomorrow last day for basic shopping
Tomorrow is the last day before the New Year holiday to buy fresh meat and bread, and the last . day until Wednesday, January 5, that general shops will be open throughout Christchurch. General shops will be closed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and will reopen on Wednesday next week. There will be no late nights tonight or. tomorrow night.
Fresh bread will be available tomorrow, Monday, and Wednesday and from then on. No fresh bread will be available on Tuesday. Petrol will be available throughout the New, Year long week-end from the usual week-end service .stations. The Urgent Pharmacy in New Regent Street will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 11 p.m., from Saturday until Tuesday.
