HART wants prisoners out
PA Auckland The anti-apartheid movement. HAHT. has asked the Prime Minister. Mr Muldoon to announce the release of jailed anti-Springbok rugby tour protesters it calls political prisoners. The request coincides with last Friday being designated Human Rights Day. Their release would acknowledge that their actions resulted from the political decision made by the Government to allow the tour to proceed, the organisation said.
