Roads cash
. The National Roads Board has reallocated $2.06 million for State highways and $520,000 for local authority roads in 1982-83, but has not been able to increase its over-all 1982-83 budget of $2Bl million. Almost all the reallocated money will be spent on road maintenance. There is no money to start new construction projects this year. *
