Smoking in food shops
Sir,—l am intrigued by the logic of the argument (November 13 and 16) about smoking in food shops and the alleged ruling of the Health Department. If I may smoke in a store because they sell cigarettes, then presumably I may take my dog in there because they sell dog food. — Yours, etc., PETER MEREDITH. November 18, 1982.
