Bidder for Aurora
PA Auckland The Auckland sharebrokers, Morrow and Benjamin, have bought 1.25 million ordinary shares and 200,000 14 per cent unsecured convertible notes in the Welling-ton-based property company Aurora Group, Ltd, on behalf ,of anjurinamed New Zealand Investor: ■ -The shares were purchased at 305 c and the notes at 350 c .and represent 13.3 per cent of the diluted capital • of the group. .' j Morrow, and Benjamin will stand in the (market for a further -11.6 per cent of the capital at 325 c for ordinary shares and 350 c for unsecured convertible notes to bring the total holding in Aurora to 24.9 per cent of diluted capital. . -
