SIM claim on airline

A million-dollar case over the 1979 Air New Zealand DCIO crash in Antarctica went to court in Los Angeles yesterday for settlement. A lawyer, Mr Daniel Cathcart, claims “well in excess of SUSIM" from Air NewZealand for the families of four Americans killed when the sightseeing plane crashed on the slopes of Mount Erebus almost three years ago.
