Mathematics winners
Auckland competitors won the top three places in the final of the Bank of New Zealand senior mathematics competition held in Christchurch on Friday. Adam Grove, of Auckland Grammar School, achieved the highest mark in the examination and won a $3OO bank account. Martin Kealey, of Mount Albert Grammar School, was second. Graham Cook, of Auckland Grammar School, was third. The only Christchurch finalist, Peter Cosseboom. of Hillmorton High School, was fourth.
