Public Notices AIR SERVICES LICENSING ACT 1951 NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARING 1. - An application in respect of an Air Service Licence has been received as described in the Schedule hereunder. A Public Hearing of the Licensing Authority will' be held at 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, the 12th day of October. 1982. in the Victoria Lounge Conference Room. Vacation Hotel. Limited. Colombo Street. Christchurch, for the purpose of considering evidence in favour of or against the granting of the application. 2.- Written submissions in respect of the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the 6th day of October. 1982. 3. - Notice of objection to the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday. the 6th day of October. 1982. and a duplicate notice shall be sent to the applicant. The notice must state the general grounds for objection and must be accompanied by such documents, testimonials or other written evidence as the objector considers will assist the Licensing Authority in its consideration of the application. SCHEDULE An application by Coloman Geza Bolgar, Maureen Elizabeth Bolgar and Donald Lawson Hart, P.O. Box 154. Waimate, to conduct: Aerial topdressing, aerial liquid topdressing and aerial spraying services over the following area: (a) In a straight line from Oamaru Post Office on the eastern coast of the South Island to Lake Hawea township in a westerly direction; (b) Thereafter in a straight line from Lake Hawea township to the Hermitage Post Office in a northwesterly direction: (c) Thereafter in a straight line from the Hermitage Post Office to Peel Forest township in a northerly direction: (d) Thereafter from Peel Forest in a straight line to the northern mouth of the Rangitata River in a south-easterly direction and thereafter following the eastern coast of the South Island back to Oamaru Post Office: (e) In all cases, where a property owner's land is bisected by any of the . specified boundaries the licence to include the right to cross the boundary to operate on such property owner's land.
