N.Z. Maoris named
Two Canterbury players. Bill Bush and Victor Simpson. have been included in the New Zealand Maoris rugby team to tour Wales next month. The side was announced yesterday. It includes 10 All Blacks and looks a particularly strong side. The captain is Paul Quinn, of Wellington. Bush will be making his third tour to Wales, having previously been there with the All Blacks in - 1974 and 1978. The team will have its first match in Wales against Cardiff on October 23. It then plays Maesteg. Swansea. Monmouthshire.!' Llanelli.
Aberavon and a Welsh XV. The match against the Welsh XV will be played at- Cardiff; on November 13, and is the last match of the Welsh section of the tour. The Maoris will play a president's XV at Barcelona on November 17 and a Spanish XV at Madrid three days later. The manager of the tourists will be Mr Waka Nathan and the assistantmanager. Mr Percy Erceg. The team is: Warm McLean (Counties). Andy Baker (Waikato). Mike Clamp (Wellington). Robert Kururangi (Counties). Kawhena Woodman (North Auckland). Victor Simpson (Canterbury).
