BNZ Fin. issue
PA Wellington Shares of the current cash issues of BNZ Finance, Ltd, will not qualify for the interim dividend in the half year to September 30, said the chairman, Sir George Chapman, in a statement. This was in accordance with approvals received from the Fees and Distribution Appeal Authority. The shares would rank equally for any dividend from September 30, he said. Profit was running ahead of projected levels and the company was expected to report substantially increased profits for the six months to September 30.
