Stage to Swiss cyclist
NZPA-Reuter Nantes Stephan Mutter, of Switzerland. won the 132 km ninth stage of the Tour de France cycle race yesterday in three hours, seven minutes, 32 seconds.
Pierre-Raymond Ville miane. of France, was second and Jan Raas, of the Netherlands, third, Australia's Phil Anderson, who finished tenth, retained the leader's yellow jersey.
