The successful applicant shall be responsible for the day to day operations in the laboratory which will include the testing of milk samples for milk fat, protein and somatic cells, maintenance, accuracy and operation of the equipment and machines, supervision of an assistant, and able to relate well to dairy farmers. Qualifications required for application would be preferably Bachelor of Science or a N.Z. Cert, of Science, or equivalent laboratory experience.
