Westmorland section sale
The second stage in the Westmorland subdivision on Worsleys Spur will be put on the market today. The developer, Mr Wayne Francis, said that the 32 sections it contained were among, the best that the estate would provide because, they featured views across the Canterbury Plains to the Southern Alps. ' ~ . The sections in the first stage, which were offered for sale in 1976, fetched between $21,500 and $24,000 each.
