After the Budget...
PA Wellington The Federation of Labour will not be drawn into making any national policy over the price freeze until the Budget is presented to Parliament, said the president of the F.O.L.’ Mr W. J. Knox yesterday. The trade unions’ stand on the freeze issue would need to be embodied in a national policy rather than submissions by individual unions, he said. This would not happen until after the Budget was released.
