Dairy Board chairman
PA Wellington Mr James Graham has been confirmed as chairman of the Dairy Board to succeed Mr Ken Mehrtens on his retirement.
Mr Graham, who was appointed chairman-designate in February, assumed the position on June 26. He was appointed to the board in 1978 as one of the three New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Company representatives. He will relinquish the chair of that comp'any on Julv 8. Mr Gordon McKenzie, a director of the. Southland Dairy Co-operative, Ltd, has been’ elected deputy chairman of the Dairy Board.
