The Parklands Private Hospital in Ashburton is tor sale as a going concern for $545,000
The 32-bed private geriatric hospital is owned by Parklands Private Hospital. Ltd. which also owns Parklands Private Hospital in Papanui Road. Christchurch. A spokesman for the company said that if the hospital did not sell it would continue under the present management. Patients had no cause for alarm, he said.
The hospital comprises a spacious house which is something of a landmark in Ashburton, with modern extensions. ' Il is on a central o.3ha site.
