Leg injury hampers
New Zealand’s only representative in this year’s world figure championships in Copenhagen, Denmark, Denyse Adam, of Auckland, was unable to complete her programme. Miss Adam was forced from the championship after her compulsory figures with a leg injury.
However, ■ she is back in training and will renew her rivalry with Invercargill’s Kathy Lindsay in the New Zealand senior ’ women’s figure championships in Ivercargill in September.
