Williamson Jeffery. Ltd. the Christchurch-based stationery and printing equipment company, has announced changes to its board, effective from June 14. Messrs H. S. McNeill and H. H. Saunders retire. Mr G. W. Laidlaw, group general manager, has been appointed to the board and retains his
existing executive title. After the acquisition of 23.9 per cent in Williamson Jeffery .by Brierley Investments, Ltd. Mr S. J. Cushing joins the board as BlL’s nominee. Total board membership is nine under the articles of association and there are no vacancies.
