Commando raid denied
NZPA Buenos Aires Argentina yesterday denied reports that British commandos had raided, a mainland airbase and sabotaged the Exocet-carrying Super Etendard fighterbombers. - ' The military high command described the reports as “absolutely false.” (In London, the Defence Ministry has denied a report by Independent Television News that British commandos had raided an airbase on the Argentine mainland about two weeks ago, destroying five Super Etendards.)
