University Vacancies LINCOLN COLLEGE (University,College of Agriculture) LECTURER IN AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS THE Council of Lincoln College invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Agricultural Economics. Preference will be given to applicants with higher degrees in Economics, or Agricultural Economics, and some experience of New Zealand Agriculture or the New Zealand economy. Whilst the Council will welcome applications from economists with interests in any field of economics, applications wwill be particularly welcome from those with Interests in macro-economics, or international trade. Commencing salary according to qualifications and experience. Salary scales for academic staff are: Lecturer. $21.660—525,684. Senior Lecturer. $27,088— 530.127. (Bar) 531.547-534.387. While the appointment will be made within the Lecturer range, candidates are advised that it is normal for lecturers, whose oerformance is satisfactory. and who have served for at least one year at the top of the Lecturer scale, to be considered for promotion to Senior Lecturer from January 1 in the following year.
