Rugby tournament
Lincoln High School beat Cashmere High School. 24-6, in the final of a first fifteens’ quadrangular tournament played under lights at Denton" Oval on Wednesday night. The other two schools
which took part were Hornby and Hillmorton High Schools. There were also seven-a-side tournaments for third arid fourth teams and the winner in both cases was Hornby. It met Lincoln in both finals, winning 16-0 (third formers) and 16-6.
