Burnside ‘boomer’
Burnside High School strengthened its grip on the Ham Challenge Cup for inter-school rugby league by drubbing Kaiapoi High School, 59-5, yesterday. A crowd of about 400 spectators. watched the bright,
fast moving match on the Burnside High School field. And although most of the movement was one way — Burnside scored 15 tries to one —Kaiapoi contributed ably to the spectacle.
