Seat belts
Legislation which would have made wearing of car seat belts compulsory in Britain has been delayed be ; cause the Falkland Islands crisis is No. 1 priority at Westminster. The legislation, which would have made seat belt wearing compulsory last month, has yet to appear upon the order paper.
