Canty junior golf
Two Canterbury golf teams have been selected from the junior inter-club competition to play against Central Canterbury and North Canterbury on June 20. It . will be the first time that those fixtures have been held. Both teams consist of 12 players, the top six in each playing off the stick and the bottom six off handicaps. The Canterbury Blue team will meet Central Canterbury at Weedons and the Canterbury Red team will play North Canterbury at Rangiora/ Both-teams are to practise at Russley on June 13 at 8.30 a.m. , The Canterbury teams in playing order are:— Blue.-C.
