Rights issue announced
The directors of National Consolidated, Ltd, have announced that they plan to make a one-for-five rights issue of 50c ordinary shares. Some 13,507,044 shares will be offered at a premium of 50c a share to holders of ordinary shares on a re- , nounceable basis.
Payment must be made in full on application, not later than June 1.
The company will accept completed renunciations from members of the Australian Associated Stock Exchanges up until June 16. The new shares will rank pari passu with all other ordinary shares on issue as from the date of allotment. The rights date is April'2B.
