Mr R. W. M. Greenslade, chairman of directors of Donaghys'lndustries, Ltd, has been appointed a director of Kinnears, Ltd, of Australia. This follows the recent announcement that the chairman of Kinnears. Ltd, Mr E. H. Kinnears, was appointed to the directorate of Donaghys Industries, Ltd. During November and December 1981 Donaghys Industries purchased 14.9 per cent of the equity of Kinnears, Ltd, and they in turn purchased 24.9 per cent of the equity of Donaghys Industries, Ltd. Mr T. A. R. Gibbs has retired as chairman of M.S.I. Corporation, Ltd, effective on March 31. Mr Gibbs has been with the company for 44
years. 11 of them as chief executive. The new’ chairman is Mr Neil Walford, chair-, man of Repco Corporation, Ltd, of Australia which is a major shareholder in M.S.I. Corporation. Mr David McGrath has been appointed as an additional director of M.S.I. Corporation.
The directors of City Realties, Ltd, have announced that, following the completion of the Property Securities, Ltd, take-over, Mr F. H. Renouf has been appointed a director and chairman of the company. Mr S. J. Cushing, formerly chairman of City Realties, Ltd, has been appointed deputy chairman and chairman of the executive board committee.
