Mr S. A. Stringfield has resigned as company secretary of New Zealand Motor Bodies, Ltd, and its subsidiary companies. The directors have appointed Mr B. J. O’Donnell in his place. Mr Douglas Frederick Milligan has been appointed to the board of directors of Skellerup Industries, Ltd.
Mr A. G. Nixon has tendered his resignation as a director of Donaghys, Ltd. The vacancy will be filled by Mr E. H. Kinnear, chairman of directors of Kinnears, Ltd, Australia.
