PA Sydney The average ma-ket indicator price would be above 435 cents for the 1981-82 wool season, the chairman of the Australian Wool Corporation (Mr David Asimus) told a news conference in Sydney. The seasonal average last year was 427 cents.. Deteriorating stock positions <utd a sound perform-
ance by wool at the retail level had underpinned the rally in wool prices at sales in the second half of the season. Mr 'Asimus said stocks held by the corporation had declined to 479,000 bales from a peak of more than 500.000 bales; and he expected the corporation to hold about 400,000 •bales by the end of the season.
