Home births
Sir,—How lucky we are to live in this “instant” age. We now have the benefit of a Minister of Health who is an instant expert on birthing procedures. However, I am glad women still have the intelligence to learn from their own and shared experiences rather than having to believe what is forced upon them to suit the medical profession and its statistics.—Yours, etc., DENISE ANKER. February 11, 1982.
