‘TV bias’ decision
PA Wellington The Broadcasting Corporation yesterday made a decision on the Prime Minister's complaint of bias in last year's election coverage, but would not sav what it was.
After a board meeting, the chairman (Mr lan Cross) said that Mr Muldoon would be told of the decision before any public announcement.
He said that two other Complaints were discussed al
yesterday's meeting, but they were "minor" matters, and not connected with broadcasting coverage of the Springbok lour, as had been reported.
The board had also discussed the position of the "Listener" and its copyright use of advance programme information. It would probably make a statement on this today, he said
