The Canterbury Jockey Club recorded $471,336 in oncourse betting on its two-duy summer meeting, which ended yesterday. This was an increase of $63,807 on-course on the total for last year.
OIT-course betting for the two days totalled $985,2092 a decrease of $2>2.939'0n lasi year, when the club raced oh two week days. On-course bets yesterday totalled .5229.737. an increase of $23,332. Oil-course betting yesterday amounted to $671,670. an increase of $58,579.
