New ‘topless’ law

Sir.-I am glad some people did not appreciate my letter. To them I would say. man is not an animal, to be compared with them. Man is man. and women are women. A woman’s breasts are not obscene but exposure of them does arouse thoughts of sex and intercourse to a man. Women who disregard this fact are both ignorant of nature, and selfish. The demanding of rights to do as we like, without consideration of others is a major curse of society. Women who blame the men. do not realise the power of sex in the body, and the real make-up of a man. Loving marriage, homes, family life and society must all be based on genuine thoughtfulness, for the strengths and weaknesses of those we live with.-Yours, etc M. TAYLOR. February 9. 1982.
