Dog shelter
Sir,—Today’s opening of the City Council dog shelter in Bromley attracted a few caring citizens to view it. I wish to express my appreciation to the many gentlemen present in official capacities of the City Council. Their kind attitude was heartening to see and feel. The dog shelter has been extremely: well designed and I was so impressed that I made
another visit in the afternoon when the dogs had been transferred from the old pound in Wilmers Road. Could not some citizens of our city go to the new dog shelter and be prepared to offer a new home for one of these pleading animals? - Yours, etc., NATALIE TAYLOR. December 5, 1981.
