Invitation to police
Sir,—Surely the “Leah and Ken” episode today, would seem to call for explanations from the authorities. It appears that approval and permission had been sought and received from police that no surveillance for half the night should be followed by precipitate notice to quit seems both incredible and vindictive in the extreme. — Yours, etc., R.
