Petrol use up 1.3%
PA Wellington Petrol use was up 1.3 per cent this year on last year, according to figures prepared on October 23 and presented to the National Roads Board yesterday. The figures, reflecting the cumulative use of motor spirits to mid-March. also showed that in the week ended October 23. New Zealand used 45.99 million litres compared with 45.88 in the same week last year.
