McKechnie in doubt
NZPA La Rochelle The All Black first fiveeighth, Brian McKechnie, is in some doubt for the second test against France, at Paris, on Saturday, after responding only slowly to treatment on his niggling shoulder injury. McKechnie went into the
first test with the rather tender shoulder and had to leave the field in the second half. The All Black manager, Mr Pat Gill, said yesterday that the Southlander had not responded as quickly as hoped for to treatment and would be examined today to assess his fitness.
