PA Timaru The South Island Finn class yachting championship sailed over four races off Caroline- Bay at the weekend was a triumph for the Kempkers family, of Christchurch. . P. M. Kempkers sailed
Luctor Et Emergo into first place and he was followed by F. Kempkers in Somefinn Else. Third place was filled by a Timaru yachtsman, A. N. Macfarlane, in Finn Tripper. Excellent light to moderate conditions prevailed for the series.
