Correction
In the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s results published on Saturday Gentle Lumber (No. 8) was incorrectly listed as the third placegetter in race four, the Courier Systems Stakes No. 2.
The second favourite Ansett (No. 6), driven by K. Vincent, finished third and paid $1.65 for a place. Gentle Lumber was tenth to finish. The error is regretted.
