The successful applicant should have had responsibility tor the development or successful projects and should be familiar with modern systems analysis methods and project management- techniques. Some COBOL or PL/I experience and exposure to data base methodology would be an advantage. Motivation and the ability to work unsupervised tor extended periods yet be an integral part of a small dedicated team, is necessary.
