/7A Ministry of Works \Ly and Development STUDY AWARDS IN VALUATION APPLICATIONS are invited from persons interested in Valuation, Land Acquisition and Property Management who hold University Entrance or expect to gain it this year, for study awards being offered for 1982. Public Service Study Awards in Valuation are available for the following qualifications: B. Com (VPM) — Batchelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) — Lincoln College. BBS (Valuation) — Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation Option) — Massey University. Dip Vai. — Diploma in Valuation — Auckland University School of Architecutre. An award of $7OO per annum is payable for each year of full-time study and is in addition to any other bursary or assistance for which the applicant may qualify. The applications will also receive payment for employment during the University breaks at Public Service rates. Graduates who obtain qualification in Valuation will join the Property Service Branch of Ministry of Works and Deevelopment at one of the District Offices and obtain the requisite practical experience to enable registration as a valuer.
